Indrani Pal-Chaudhuri is a visionary director and disruptor. She’s also a transdisciplinary artist, and mobiliser of social movements. Raised in India under the guiding light of Mother Teresa, she has carved a unique path that blends artistry with activism.
Indrani's journey is as eclectic as it is impactful. Mentored by the legendary David Bowie, she played a pivotal role in launching the careers of iconic artists such as Beyoncé and Lady Gaga, shaping their album art and music videos. As a Princeton Visiting Lecturer, she has tackled pressing global issues like HIV/AIDS in Africa and sex trafficking in India.
A prolific writer and sought-after speaker, Indrani's voice resonates across platforms, from TEDx to Davos.
Indrani is also CEO of Double Exposure, where she has shaped the image of over 300 global brands, nonprofits, and leaders. Her commitment to cultural and ecological regeneration has also led her to establishing the Shakti Regeneration Institute, which advocates for education, equality, and human rights. She’s also a founding member of several impactful organisations, including the Bioplanning Institute and Open Origin.
And her credentials don’t end there.
Indrani's commitment to environmental stewardship is evident in her role as CMO of Neuralign.org and her co-leadership of the X-PRIZE Rainforest initiative. She continues to champion change as the co-host of the Global People's Summit at the United Nations and the co-convenor of the Science Summit at NY Climate Week and COP28.
With over 40 prestigious awards to her name, including recognition from the United Nations and the Cannes Film Festival, Indrani's impact is undeniable. Her work has been showcased in over 30 exhibitions worldwide, from the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery to the Brooklyn Museum.
